Do I need any further software?

All products are zipped (ZIP).
You will need an Free extracting software such as Winzip ( or 7-Zip ( to unpack your purchase from the ZIP folder that it will arrive in.
To read e-books or manuals you will need Acrobat Reader which can be obtained from or Foxit Reader
To view videos you will need MPC-HC ( (Windows) or VLC media player ( (MacOS)

What will I get if I buy a product?

Each item is zipped on contains the files as mentioned in the product description. The products are for educational use only. If you like to run them on live accounts we recommend you to buy an official license!

When will I get the product?

Do I need to activate/register the software?

No, you do need to activate or register the software. Please remember that Trading Course Zone provides software for educational use only. If you like to trade it on a live account, please buy the full version.

Do I get support by the vendor?

If you have any questions or if you need support please contact HERE. We will happy to assist you. There is no support by the vendor.
We don’t offer the following services from vendor: (if have)
Access to private forum, Facebook group, private chat group…
Coaching call or weekly/monthly call.
Username/password or Key to access/unlock software/plugins.
The email, phone, tickets support from vendor team.

Do I get updates after I purchased the software?

Unfortunately, we cannot supply you with free updates.

My product does not work. What can I do?

Please contact HERE. We will be happy to assist you solving your problems.
When a product has a problem such as it is can’t unzip, can’t view, faulty, missing, doesn’t match the description…
You can then send us the screenshot, along with a description of the error or other issue you’re experiencing.
We will be happy to assist you solving your problems. If a problem cannot be solved we will offer you a refund.
