Foundations courseThis is a great course to learn rope flow basics. As a beginner, it has been a huge help getting me started and has great tutorials for many new moves. I still have a lot to learn, but this course has been a great way for me to learn proper form and learn to move. Thanks Octomoves!

I’m 62 and Uncoordinated but Loving This!
It’s taking me more time than probably most to pick up the movements; however, I really enjoy picking up the rope and doing some movement throughout the day. I’ve never been sports inclined, can’t hit or throw or kick a ball, can’t climb a rope, but I can certainly enjoy my slow but steady progress with a very enjoyable activity! It’s a great way to move throughout the day since I’m working from home and sitting all day. When I feel a little chilly (it’s cold in Nebraska right now), I get up and roll the rope for a few minutes and sit back down feeling great. Thank you!
